When you make your PRE-ORDER, you are making a reservation directly with the pool manufacturer. As soon as the product is available, your order will be processed and shipped to the indicated address.
When you place your order and we verify the payment, we will notify you by email of the status "Order pending due to lack of stock (Paid)" and the pool reservation with the manufacturer will automatically be managed. As soon as they notify availability, we will proceed with the shipment.
Why buy the pool in advance?
Following the stock shortage suffered in the previous summer due to supply disruptions caused by the pandemic, this year, detachable pool brands will manufacture in strict order of purchase, regardless of where the purchase is made. Pre-ordering guarantees you a better position on the list to receive your pool as soon as possible.
When will I receive my pool?
At this moment it is not possible to know the estimated delivery date, due to the health alert caused by COVID-19. Many suppliers are experiencing shortages and cannot guarantee manufacturing dates for their products until they are very close.
Even so, it is estimated that we will have stock available by early March for pools of the BESTWAY brand, and by mid-April for the GRE brand.
Can you notify me when you have stock?
Of course, you just need to send us an email to info@mercapool.com indicating the pool model you are interested in and we will make a note to notify you as soon as we have it available. Please note that you will only be notified after shipping pools purchased via PRE-ORDER.
What happens if the manufacturer cannot supply all pool demands?
In the very unlikely event that the manufacturer cannot meet the total demand for pools, orders will be fulfilled in strict order of purchase date. If your order could not be fulfilled, you would be the first to know and we would refund your payment in full immediately.
When would the warranty on the detachable pool come into effect?
The warranty comes into effect from the date of delivery of the pool, not from the date of purchase. Therefore, buying in advance does not mean losing any days of warranty.
