A series of chemical treatments must be carried out, upon which the absence of microorganisms and bacteria harmful to health depends, as well as physical treatments (filtration and cleaning) to keep the pool in optimal condition.
Every pool requires various chemical treatments to maintain the water in optimal condition. For this purpose, certain chemical products must be applied.
If starting with an empty pool, the surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned before filling with water.
Use test strips to check the water pH, and use a pH reducer or increaser to adjust it to the correct level of 7.2 to 7.6.
Then, perform chlorination with 15 grams per m³ of water, or 1 to 2 tablets if using tablet form.
pH and chlorine levels must be readjusted each time water is added to the pool.
Remember to apply anti-algae products to prevent their appearance or spread.
